How the soft cap works

Your plan includes a monthly soft cap (50/month on Starter, 200/month on Pro). Here's exactly what happens if you go over:

1. Month 1 over your limit

   You'll receive a heads-up notification. No action required.

2. Month 2 over your limit

   You'll receive a second notification. Still no action required.

3. Month 3 over your limit

   Your dashboard and reports will display receipts up to your plan limit. All receipts are still captured and stored.

The gate resets automatically on the 1st of any month you come in under your limit.

To raise your limit, upgrade to Pro (200/month) at any time from Settings → Billing.
