What does Gmail connect actually do?

We use Google's read-only Gmail API to scan messages that look like receipts — vendor confirmations, invoices, payment receipts. We never read your personal mail, never write or send anything, and we don't store full message bodies. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, and Google access can be revoked from your Google account dashboard with one click.

What's the difference between trial and paid?

The 14-day trial is the full product on whichever plan you pick — no feature gates, no bait and switch. We don't charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then. Switch plans or cancel whenever you like.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and your subscription stops at the end of the current period. Your receipts, decisions, vendor rules, and exports stay in your account — we never wipe data on cancellation. Resubscribe later and you pick up exactly where you left off.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments — subscriptions and one-time historical imports — are non-refundable. That said, if an import didn't work or wasn't accurate, or something else went wrong, email us at hello@xpensli.app and we'll make it right.
